Postage and packaging to the United Kingdom is £5.50 for all orders under £65. For orders above £65 postage is £9.50. For special delivery, postal charges will vary but please get in touch if you require special or express delivery.
Delivery of bespoke orders will incur extra costs dependent on size.
If you would like us to ship to any destination other than the UK, please contact us and we will be happy to provide postage costs.

We do our best to ship orders within 3/4 working days of receipt if a product is in stock. Due to other products being handmade to order, delivery may take 6 – 8 weeks. We will always aim to keep you updated.

R E T U R N S

With the exception of bespoke orders, we accept returns within 14 working days of delivery. Please contact to us if you wish to make a return.
Our products are made by hand and therefore variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected. We are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections.
If for some other reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 14 working days of your purchase (excluding original delivery charges).
The product must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and obtaining proof of postage.
We will contact you once your returned item is received and confirm whether we are able to approve a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days.
We are not responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for your refund.
